Nigerian Accent (Comedy)

Image
Hi guys! checkout this funny video I saw on YouTube. The last comedian (Omid Jalili) is the funniest when mimicking Nigerian accent. He sounded like a typical Igbo man.

Image source: arsl31.wordpress.com Hi guys! It's been ages... I know. Been very busy and struggling with some personal issues, but that's all sorted out now. Just to let you know I'm back, so you can expect content from time to time. I would be talking about the importance of having a website or a blog in subsequent posts; the importance of having a digital media strategy, content strategy, social media / digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and lots more. Till next time, take care friends. I would appreciate your comments and feedback. Cheers

Thank God it's Monday (TGIM)

Image source: www.mystatus360.com You got that right! TGIM! You don't need to get your glasses... lol. Many of us dread Mondays. I used to also. I guess it's because our body metabolism may have slowed down during the weekend. I remember my Saturdays. I watch movies late into the night on Fridays and wake up the next day by 11am, sometimes 12noon; have breakfast or brunch as we call it here (breakfast at noon). I then look at the schedule of soccer games for the weekend... The point I'm actually trying to make is we shouldn't dread Mondays or the beginning of the week. We should see it as an opportunity for new beginnings! Do that project better, learn more about about that subject of interest, get to take that girl out or whatever goal you decide to set for the week. If we have this in mind, it would motivate and help in changing our perspective of Mondays. It worked for me. I would appreciate your comments and feedback. Have a great Monday!

Healthy Living

Healthy living I believe should be part and parcel of every single being on earth. Good food and diet, regular exercise, getting enough sleep ( at least seven hours) should be a daily regimen. My friend invited me to a fitness bootcamp which has been running for about 3 weeks. I and a group of wanna be fitness gurus were involved in a session with fitness guru Maje Ayida of HIIT Squad. Please, Don't ask me what the 'HIIT' stands for. I can't really remember right now. Back to the topic. during the fitness session, I noticed I was really out of shape as I was left trying to catch my breath just after five minutes of workout. It felt as if my heart was going to blow out of my chest. Men! I made up my mind from that moment to carry out a daily exercise routine. I just downloaded a fitness app on to my phone. It seems like a pretty decent app. Runtastic is the name Another thing to consider is the kind of food we eat. Friends, you need to slow down on the junk.
